Thompson Cole undertook the role of client representative on the demolition and re build of Nos: 1 to 9a and 17 Kinnerton St. This role comprised Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services.
The project includes retail units at ground floor level and 14 high specification residential apartments at first and second floor level. The project was completed in June 2009.
