156-158 Buckingham Palace Road required a refurbishment of the existing Listed building in order to bring the building in line with the requirements of Grosvenor’s office portfolio.

Thompson Cole acted as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s agent for the project which included, new finishes, upgrade of services, reconfiguration and external decorations and repairs whilst at all times being sympathetic to the existing building.
